You need to pay for Yahoo! Mail Plus.
If you already have that:
Incoming mail server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

I’m guessing that you want to send/receive emails using something like outlook express?
It looks like you might have to pay a subscription fee according to this Yahoo page:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html
the hoem page for the service is here:
http://overview.mail.yahoo.com/enhancements/mailplus
depends for what purpose u need them. if for a mail client use:
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 995)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication)
Account Name/Login Name: Your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the “@yahoo.com”)
Email Address: Your Yahoo! Mail address (e.g., user@yahoo.com)
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password
