sign into your Yahoo acct and look in there..I think they are hidden in “options”?….yeah, in fact…go to “options”, and then “pop access and forwarding” and then “view pop settings” ….its like pop.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com …something like that…

I’ve heard Pop3 access is now a paid service only, so the settings wont help you. You can give it a go though I guess:

pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk

smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk

Works for me, but I signed up before it changed.

keep trying with what I think is the right settings, but keep getting a request for the password for smtp …. I enter the password and then it rejected

For yahoo mail you have two options if you are using
yahoo email you can upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get
the full pop3 service for access to
Outlook,
Thunderbird,
Incredimail, and others
