Incoming mail server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

granted I’m using office pro 97 and there is no email option under “file>send to” there is an ms exchange and fax option though
maybe ms office 2007 has an email option, don’t know but if ure trying to go through the yahoo mail server ure out of luck unless you have yahoo plus
ure best bet is to use ure ISP mail server name i.e. smtp.aol.com or smtp.att.net or use one that has an incoming imap server and not a pop3 server (all outgoing servers are smtp) for me pop accounts just don’t work with other apps like outlook and I guess msword both aol and gmail are imap accounts they are both free and their servers are
smtp.aol.com and smtp.gmail.com

Question by : When I try to setup my Yahoo! Email with Microsoft Office 2003, it accepts the POP3 servers but not my login.?
The exact same Username and Password that I have for my Yahoo! account, as in the same one I’m using right now, are not accepted when it asks me to login on Outlook. It accepts the servers, just not my login, and I’m using the exact same credentials as when I log onto the site.. what do I do?

Go to Tools > Email Accounts > View or Change existing email accounts > Remove or Delete your account from Outlook, and then set it up again. I think you may have made an error in setting up the password part of it.
