I’m syncing my e-mail to my droid and it needs to know if it is pop3, imap, or exchange.

It is most definately Exchange.

You will need to know the Outlook Web Access address of your Exchange Server. Usually it is something like https://mail.mycompanyname.com

Don’t think so and last I checked their is no software to detect virus’s on cellphones.

It depends what server your using for yahoo mail you need upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get the full pop3 service for access to Outlook,Incredimail, Thunderbird and others.

* Incoming Mail Server (POP3): plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 995
* Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication.

If you have “yahoo.co.uk” address some users can get free pop forwarding see below.
Click “options” (top right) on your mail page>mail options>pop and forwarding>
Set up or edit pop & forwarding>type in the address you want to forward to and
click save.
* Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk
Use SSL, port: 995
* Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smpt.mail.yahoo.co.uk
Use SSL, port: 465.
Note: In order to be able to send emails from outlook and others through/to yahoo (pop3) you need to pay for a yahoo mail plus account.

It is very easy to configure and setup your Banckle Email Server account banckle.com on Microsoft Outlook via IMAP or POP3. Use apps.banckle.com as incoming and outgoing mail server, set incoming server port as 993 in case of IMAP and 995 if you are using POP3. Set SMTP port as 465 and select encryption type as SSL for incoming and outgoing mail server.
