the email address your computer was activated under
it helps you send and receive mail. once mine was messed up. i had to call my service provider cause i never use that email address

You would need to call your internet service provider and have a tech person help you setup outlook express..Each company have different settings.. I’m sure they have an 800 number for ya.

where do i find my ISP? which one is my SMTP and my POP3? where they are and how i find them? the mail setup gives me an error saying that the SMTP, AND POP3 are needed, but i dont know where to get them from. please help.
