There is a way to use outlook express and have yahoo email as your primary. When you setup a new email in OE they ask you for a pop3 and others for your incoming and for outgoing they ask you for your smtp. Does anyone know what they are?

Question by Meara: How can I convert an iPhone 3G into an iTouch without using a SIM card?
My brother in law let me have is old iPhone to use as an iTouch, but he took his sim card cause it had personal stuff on it. And I can’t get the iPhone past a screen that says “No SIM card installed.” Is there any way I can get around this?

Buy a Pay As You Go SIM (any sim that has a declining balance and is not set up as a monthly plan), pop it in and turn off the 3G and you’re good to go.

Question by Ryan: Will I be charged for using an iphone without data plan?
I just recently bought a iphone 3gs and I’m planning to put my SIM card in it to use it as a regular phone (using wifi for internet only sometimes). Will I be required to add a data plan(internet service) since I’m using the iphone? My current carrier is AT&T. Also, is there a limit for the amount of time of web surfing through wifi on the iphone? Thanks!
I bought the phone without contract.

You will not be able to use the internet without a data plan. Also your sim card might not work with the iPhone. If you use wifi for your internet source you can use as much as you want.

Question by Beholder: How do I get my music onto my iPhone from my laptop without using that awful iTunes?
I hate iTunes and avoid it like the plague. But I have many MP3s I want to get onto it. I have found apps that allow me to move my photos between my iPhone and my laptop. Are there any free apps that do the same thing for MP3s (assuming it can even play that format) If Apple simply allow a drop and drag interface this wouldn’t be a problem.
